HELP !

去年の年末に購入した苔玉がおかしい。
植わっている黒松が変色し、苔も元気がない。

苔玉は風通しのいい場所（おもに屋外）に置き、
表面が乾燥してくると、水を張ったバケツにドブ漬けにして、水分を与えていた。

管理の仕方はおかしくないと思うけどなー。なんでだろう？

日差しがあまり当たらない部屋の環境が原因なのか。

黒松はタフな奴だからとあまり気にしていなかった。
ある程度放っておいても大丈夫だと。

苔玉は苔の育て方と、植えている植物の育て方がそれぞれ異なるため手入れが難しい。

なんとかせねば・・・。

the moss ball which i bought end of last year is not in good condition.
" Kuro-Matsu" planted in that moss ball is getting discolored, and moss does not look well.

i had been leaving it outside, and soaking it in full bucket of water when the surface gets dry. 

i think i took care of it in correct way.
i wonder the reason is less of sunlight in my room.

i didn't pay attention to "Kuro-matsu" so much, bacause people say it is taugh.
we need to care the plant and moss in each different way, so it is diffcult to grow moss balls well.
i have to do something to help them.

 

ゴーラム(Gollum）

この前入手した多肉の名前を教えてもらったので、色々調べてみた。
名前はゴーラム。別名「宇宙の木」とも呼ばれているらしい。言われてみると宇宙っぽいけど。
多肉は冗談みたいな名前が多くておもしろい。一体誰がつけるんやろか。
以下記録として。

i find out the name of one of my succulent plants, and i cheked up on it.
it is called "Gollum", otherwise known as "Cosmic tree" in Japanese.
unique is their names. i wonder who names them.
the following is as just record:

 





名前：ゴーラム　クラッスラ属
学名：Crassula　portulacea　f.　monstrosa
原産地：南アフリカ
俗名：宇宙の木

日当たりの良い場所で育てる。
日によく当てると葉の色つやもよくなり、葉先もきれいに赤く色づく。
春から秋は屋外で育てられるが、
直射日光に当てると葉色が焼けて弱ることがあるので、
真夏は直射日光は避けて、風通しの良い明るい場所に置く。
寒さも苦手なので、冬は室内の明るい場所に。

Kawazu-zakura !

我が庭の長居公園では河津桜（カワヅザクラ）が満開。

調べてみるとカワヅザクラは1月末から2月にかけて開花する早咲きの桜で、
染井吉野よりもピンクが濃く、花期が１ヶ月もあるそうな。

小ぶりの木にみっちりと咲いていて、ずっしりとした印象がかわいく、きれい。

メジロもお気に入りなようで。

Kawazu-zakura is in full bloom at Nagai Park.

i looked up this kind of sakura, and found out it blossoms at the end of Janualy to Februaly, which is earlier than Somei-yoshino does, and the color is deeper. its flower season is about one month.

the small branches have so many of blossoms that it looks even heavy, and i think this is cute and beautiful.

white-eyes seems to like it too.

a rack from IKEA

手持ちのミドリが増えてきたので、
まとめて手入れが出来るようにイケアでラックを買ってきた。

ナチュラルテイストのものだったり、サイズが大きかったりで、
好みに合うものがなかなか見つからず、
イケアの中を何度もぐるぐる回ってようやく見つけた。
（イケアの中で同じところに戻るのは至難のわざ）

もともとはキッチン用のラック。
理科室の実験器具のような、冷たく無機質なイメージと、
ミドリのあたたかさとのギャップがよく合う。

ラックごと外に出したり、中に入れたり。使い勝手もいいのです。

i bought a rack in IKEA for my plants.

IKEA has various kinds, but it was hard to find the one I liked.

i looked around for, and finally i found it.
(in IKEA, it's difficult to go back to the place where i have been, you know?)

this rack is originally for kitchen.
it seems like a scientific tool, which is cold and practical.
i think it is good match for living greens.
it is very useful to bring it inside and out.

東京にある話題のボタニカルショップ"Biotope Nurseries"が
梅田のE-maにあるアダムエロぺの店内に期間限定のポップアップショップとして出店しているという情報をつかみ行って来た。

植物だけでなく、ガーデニングツールやウェア、書籍など、ボタニカルライフの情報が満載。
上がりきったテンションで思わず購入してしまった。

今回は多肉を2種類。

すごく気にっているけど、鉢に貼ってたシールをはがされて名前がわからん。

しまった。

"Biotope Nurseries", where everybody is talking about, is opened in "Adam et Rope" at E-ma,Umeda in limited time only.  i went there soon as i got this news.
they sell not only plants but also gardening tools, wears, books. we can get a lot of infomation about "botanical life". i was so excited, and i could not help buying something.
in this time, i bought two pieces of succulent.
i like them very much, but i don't know their names, because name labels are ripped off.
ooops..
